Mr. Vaaler is a Partner of Dorsey &Whitney LLP and serves as the firm’s Director of Professional Development. He is alsoChairman of the firm’s Knowledge Management Committee. For eleven years, Mr. Vaaler wasa Professor of Law at the University of Mississippi Law School, where he taught Contracts,Corporations, Securities Regulation, and Corporate Finance Law. He is a member of theCommittee on Corporate Laws of the American Bar Association’s Section of Business Law andthe author of numerous articles on corporate and securities law topics.
