The ABA Task Force monitors the standards review process and considers the impact that proposed revisions will have on legal writing faculty and broader issues in legal education.  The ABA does not review every standard every year.  When standards with significant direct impact on legal writing faculty or curricula are under review, ALWD’s ABA Task Force submits official comments on the proposed revisions to those standards.
